We LOVE Good Times Park. It is a local, family-owned indoor play area just for little kids! It’s only a few miles from our home, so we have a membership and go there several times a week! It is a great place for Ethan to run and play. It is all creative play which encourages learning which is fabulous!
There are several major area of the park
The Slides =Ethan likes this small one, however the “big kid slides” on the other side of the park are his new favorite this month.
The Spinning Things = Ok, I don’t actually know the official names of them, but there are several “new” park things that involve spinning. And let me say, they are fun for kids and adults :–)
The Basketball Court = After the slides, Ethan runs right over to this area with all the balls. And just a heads up, he doesn’t like the little kid hoops. Nope, he likes the big hoops.
The Soccer Field = Not pictured, but there is another turf area with soccer balls and rings and footballs. He is just learning to kick balls, so this may be more popular as he gets older
Blue Tinker Toys = It’s what we call this area made of soft foam huge “tinker toys”.
Coloring = The area with dry-erase boards (did you know there are dry-erase crayons?! News to me and they are awesome!). There are also bean-bags and bags of books here too
The Jumping = This is my favorite area, and Ethan just giggles the whole time. Its a huge “bubble” that you get to jump on! He absolutely loves it.
So this is our favorite local place to play. It’s especially great in the winter. There is a big area of tables to bring an indoor-picnic lunch. So sometime when you come visit, you’ll have to come with us! It’s a good time! :–)
